PAYMENT TERMS

By submitting your participation in classes offered on the Akademia Mindfulness website www.akademiamindfulness.pl and making payments for such classes, you agree to these Payment Terms.

When booking a place on this course – “Finding Peace in a Frantic World” – please make transfer 700 PLN to account number PL 19 1950 0001 2006 0077 8382 0002 Akademia Mindfulness Michael Sanderson [full details here LINK DO ZAKŁADKI KONTAKT] adding as reference “TU1E” plus the name of the person course participant.

At the time payment is made, participants are also requested to complete a questionnaire [link]. If we have concerns regarding the appropriateness of taking the course, we will contact the participant to discuss them. If at that point, due to concerns regarding the current appropriateness of the course, the participant withdraws from the course, Akademia Mindfulness will refund the amount paid.

If the participant for any other reason decides to withdraw from the course at least 21 days prior to the start date – i.e. by 31 August 2019 – then the amount paid can be applied as credit for another Akademia Mindfulness course in the future. In such a case, Akademia Mindfulness will only refund the amount paid in the event of the participant’s place on the course being taken over by another person.
